This is similar to a bread offered by Breadtalk’s, but since I had not tried Breadtalk’s version, I cannot compare between the two.But I do like Mugiya’s version of the bun, the filling is quite a lot, can taste pork floss in almost every bite.The bun is soft, and goes very well with the not so sweet and savoury pork floss and also the buttermilk filling, which amazingly is the highlight of the bun, sweet and creamy. But I do like Mugiya’s version of the bun, the filling is quite a lot, can taste pork floss in almost every bite.

The bun is soft, and goes very well with the not so sweet and savoury pork floss and also the buttermilk filling, which amazingly is the highlight of the bun, sweet and creamy. This makes me think that the bun can leave out the pork floss and still taste nice with the buttermilk filling. I think I am in love with their buttermilk filling.
