Ichiban Sushi (Closed)

Ichiban has many outlets all over Singapore so they are really accessible. I like the sushi here alot because they season the rice very well. The rice is sweet savory and slightly sour all at once and really exemplifies the flavour of the raw salmon. The salmon sushi is slightly fatty with good bite and texture with cool rice and smooth unctuous salmon. Really tasty and delicious I make a meal solely out of salmon sushi!
