I took away this 三捞河粉 (San Lao Hor Fun) the other day when I went home from a friend's place. I think the food was so-so only. 三捞河粉's bean sprouts are usually plucked out painstakingly by the stall owners but this time it was not. I took away this 三捞河粉 (San Lao Hor Fun) the other day when I went home from a friend's place.
I think the food was so-so only.

三捞河粉's bean sprouts are usually plucked out painstakingly by the stall owners but this time it was not. However, I must say that it the portion was still quite generous.

There were only a few pieces of fish inside. I guess the owners wanted to cut cost by sprinkling more bean sprouts in place of fish. For $9 - medium size, the amount of hor fun was quite a lot (more than the main ingredients) which I did not prefer. The dish was quite wet, but not that wet which makes you feel like you were drinking soup.

I also preferred my spring onion to be chopped more finely instead of the fat thick ones given by the chefs.
