The FoodI ordered half a Chicken and a plate of Hong kong Kailan with Oyster Sauce. The chicken meat was delicious. it was tasty and tender even though it was breast meat. The rice texture was soft and fragrant and also tastes good even on it's own. The ginger and chilli sauce complements well with the chicken meat. As for the Hongkong Kailan with Oyster Sauce, I find that it was pretty normal. The Kailan is a bit hard but the sauce is still acceptable for me!
