Battered Dory Burger - $15.80This is literally fish and chips between two toasted buns.The renkon slices (lotus stem) were an interesting addition I thought, tasting pleasantly like tapioca chips, light and crispy.The battered dory was pretty good even on its own, crispy on the outside while remaining a moisturising softness within. The spicy-sweet tartar sauce turned out to a nice surprise for our taste buds and left a slight tinkling numbness on our tongues. And the burger buns were surprising
