Poulet, as the name suggest, is a french restaurant that specialized in chicken. Thus, I was a bit surprised when the waitress recommended the lamb shank to me. The food was served in an elegant plate, very well garnished and presented. Their lamb shank does not disappoint too. The lamb shank is baked till tender, and extremely easy to tear off from the bone. And after what I supposed would be long hours of cooking, the lamb is full of flavor. The food was served in an elegant plate, very well garnished and presented. Their lamb shank does not disappoint too. The lamb shank is baked till tender, and extremely easy to tear off from the bone. And after what I supposed would be long hours of cooking, the lamb is full of flavor. Portion is reasonably sized, leaving me just satisfied without the need of dessert.
