This char siew pao tastes good but perhaps a little small in size and like what the photo portraits, the skin of the pau was relatively thick, dry and quite rough. The char siew fillings are not too much but are moist and sweet and the proportion of lean to fats are quite equal. Apart from the disappointing skin, which I left most of it uneaten, it was actually quite delicious.
