Din Tai Fung has a wide variety of chinese style dishes besides the regular xiao long baos they are so well known for. I ordered some pork chops to share with my family members when we dined here for dinner. The pork chops were a appetising brown colour and were pretty delicious. They were fried to perfection and mantained a juicy interior. They were porky in taste without being overwhelmingly meaty.
