Came across this new stall and decided to give it a try due to curiosity how will it taste like ban mian with pork belly as we all know that the normal ingredients for it will be like meat, vegetable, eggs and ikan bills. But as for this stall, every ingredients remain as it is just there is a different, they use pork belly. To my surprise, it taste great!!!. They cooked the pork belly in shabu shabu method and top it on the noodles. Noodles is cooked just nice. Soup base is good and delicious.
