Hard Bread - Not my choice!
2011-03-30My friend told me she likes Four leaves breads more than BreadTalk. I am wondering why so I give a try. The Four Leaves branch in Clementi Mall is not so big. I’ve bought the Spicy Chicken Donut, $1.20 and the Premium Chicken Sausage Donut, $1.40. The price is slightly cheaper than BreadTalk for similar bread.
When I take on first bite on the Spicy Chicken Donut,, I am surprised the bread is so hard. I can’t taste the curry chicken filling yet for my first bite. It’s too deep down inside. What a big disappointment, they do not put much filling in it. When come to the Premium Chicken Sausage Donut, the bread is hard also but the sausage is still ok. I have not tried other items from Four Leaves yet, I can comment on those. If you have tried it, I would like to hear from you.
