After hearing so much about Tim Ho Wan, decided to bring my parents and my wife to give it a try.Went on an Wednesday morning and was surprised with the long queues even before the restaurant start operations. One of the four heavenly kings, the steamed cake is soft and fluffy. Strong fragrance of the black sugar but it is not too sweet The skin was thick and the prawn was huge and fresh. A little spicy smooth texture and the taste is just nice The bun is kind of crispy and the char siew fillin

A little spicy smooth texture and the taste is just nice The bun is kind of crispy and the char siew fillings are really good! A bit too soft for me but the taste was good sounds like a weird combination but it was actually quite matching!
I would not say that they are the best dim sum restaurant that you can find in Singapore but they definitely do live up to their name as a Michelin star restaurant.
