There were few sauces available for the Ayam Bakar. Can't really remember what else they have, but we bought Ayam Bakar Masak Merah (red spicy sauce), Ayam Bakar Diving (Dipped in Pineapple & cucumber soaked in dark soy sauce) & Ayam Bakar Sambal Lado (sambal with lots of visible red chili)

I opt for Ayam Bakar Masak Merah. Chicken is grilled to slightly burnt on the skin yet very tender. Sauce was spicy but not too overwhelming.

Every set also comes with the side dish of Pineapple & cucumber soaked in dark soy sauce & all the other sauces were cooked in the slow cooker. Nice
