It has been quite long since I had black carrot cake hence I decided to order it when I saw that this stall sells it. There are two people in the queue in front of me and they both ordered carrot cake as well. After 10 minutes, my order is ready. The black carrot cake is fried very nicely with the sweet black sauce. The taste is consistent through the dish as it is mixed very well. The amount of egg that went into cooking the carrot cake is also quite generous as I could taste eggs in almost eve

The chili sauce is not that nice, it would be better if it is spicier so that it is a contrast to the sweet black carrot cake. This is the $3 portion that I ordered.
