Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Four Seasons is a very interesting Ramen place. When you enter the restaurant, there are hard boil eggs at each of the tables, which you can help yourself to on the house. To order your ramen, you will first choose from 4 different seasons, or the King ramen, each representative of a different soup base. I chose the Autumn season soup base, which is a minced pork based soup, while my friend ordered Summer season soup base. According to the waiter, the King ramen is the bestseller, followed by the Summer, and Autumn. The second step, is then to choose if you want the basic ingredients, or with the egg. Both my friend and I picked the latter. The third step is then to decide how you want your ramen to be, i.e. how strong the soup is,how much oil you would like (e.g. less, normal, more), and the texture of your noodles (e.g. crunchy, normal, soft). Last but not least, you can tick of what you would like to not have in your ramen. For us, we both didn't want spring onions. I found the whole ordering process clear and fun. This way we got exactly what we want!

The ramen tasted great and is one of best I have had, though a tad bit oily despite requesting for less oil. I cant imagine what would happen if I had opted for more oil.
