My colleagues and I had lunch at havelock food centre and we decided to try out the kway chap store. The kway chap store here has quite a long queue. We had to wait for around 20 minutes before getting our order. The kway is very thin and even though it is thin, it does not break easily. It is very smooth and it is not too doughy. The soup for the kway is also quite nice as it is slightly herby. As for the ingredients, it is quite fresh as the intestines do not have the stench and it is thorough

Pairing the ingredients with the chili dip makes the taste even better. I would not mind queuing for it again.
