Wimbly Lu is hidden in a private estate near Serangoon, which makes it hard to find if you are a first-timer at this restaurant. The place is decorated to give it a cosy feeling, and be amazed at the display of dessert when you stepped into the cafe. I had the root beer cake, with vanilla ice cream. I have no idea where or how it gets the name, cause i am not able to taste the root beer in it. It was so different from what i have seen on reviews on blog!
I also had a cup of latte. I will always order hot drinks these days, just for the sake of those cute cafe art. To my disappointment, they do not do it at this cafe.
Perhaps I have not tried what truly makes this cafe popular/amazing, but from what i have tried, i do not think i will be visiting the cafe again.
