One rainy Saturday, i decided to eat at The Soup Spoon in Dhoby Ghaut. I intended to just have a soup to warm me up on a cold morning but the crew recommended that I order a set meal which includes a choice of sandwich or salad and a choice of drinks.

I ordered regular velvety mushroom stroganoff soup, caesar salad and iced lemon tea. The soup came with a piece of bread.

The soup was made from fresh mushrooms, it was silky and slightly bitter. Perfectly eaten with the bread. I highly recommend it to mushroom lovers like me. The caesar salad was fresh and saladelicious, if there is such a word. Haha.

I commend the calorie count provided in the soup menu. It is beneficial for calorie conscious diners.
