My Sister in Law was raving to me about this nice teochew fishball noodles at the newly opened food republic at Bread Talk HQ, so I decide go and give it a trylocated at the corner of the food republic, and they have a few noodles types to choose from yellow noodles to bee hoon to kueh tiao..I ordered the bee hoon dry and is very satisfied with my order. The sauce is thick and the bee hoon fully absorbed the sauce, nice and remind me of my days during school days when we had fishball noodles dry

the fishballs are springy and the fish dumplings are nice, the skin is springy and the minced pork filling is fresh and nice, very different than what I eat outside..
