Ichiban Sushi is one of my favourite casual dining restaurants to go to whenever I just wanted somewhere simple and convenient while at the same time being able to try out different food. This time around, I ordered their Nabeyaki Udon ($11.90), which is basically a hot pot styled udon, with seafood and vegetables cooked in a hot pot. The tempura shrimp tasted amazing after soaking in the deliciously flavoured soup. The fresh udon was also springy and filling. Love the soup base the most!

This restaurant never fails me at providing customers with fantastic Japanese food at affordable prices, will always be in my list of favourites.
