The interesting plastic food displays at Bishamon's outlet attracted me to try their ramen during my ramen hunting period. Have ordered the basic Chashu Ramen, where it was served hot not long after I ordered. The presentation looks exactly the same as the plastic display and I love that they were very generous with the thick chashu slices. The ramen had a good elastic springy texture and the broth was deliciously rich and yummy. There were no egg in this ramen but I figured that you can order the egg separately, which I didn't. The chashu slices may be thick and flavourful but for some reasons I didn't enjoy it, I personally find it a little tough and dry for my liking and perhaps it could be overcooked for awhile that day. However, I love everything else about the ramen. Post
