was craving for sushi the other day and came to sakae sushi as itacho was having long queue!!I would say that all the 3 dishes i tried is pretty average. First the sashimi was abit too hard to my liking, but it still taste fresh. It is 4 pieces for $5 which i find it still reasonably priced. The smoke salmon sushi wasn't very fresh though. there is this fishy smell that i hate it. lastly, the salmon sushi was pretty average too. the sashimi is abit too thin to my preference.
Overall, i will not return sakae in future as the food seems to have drop standard over the past few years.
