The Sands Bun was steaming hot when I bought, I think it was just out of the oven. The Sands Bun had a mild buttery aroma. The texture of the bun was like those Breadtalk or Four Leaves, stiffer and less fluffy than Bakers Talent.

I was disappointed that the Golden Sands filling was very little. I could not taste the salted egg yolk, only salty custard.

Overall, I still prefer the price and taste of Golden Sands Bun from Bakers Talent.
