Decided to try the food at this stall serving Western Cuisines - pizzas and pasta at Jem Cookhouse. The total waiting time was around 10 minutes but it felt longer than that. Anyway when i went to collect, i observed there is a tray of seasonings - pepper, salt, cheese and chilli flakes. I added cheese and chilli flakes but the latter not so much. Maybe the lid holes too small for the chilli flakes.

The Carbonara Pasta ($6.50) can be summed up in one word: tasteless. It is creamy but it just feels like i am eating cooked plain spaghetti. Even the ham didn't help much, though i am quite grateful for their presence. The pasta is cooked well but i just wished that the pasta sauce flavour was stronger.
