This hole (albeit not a small one) in the wall is an interesting concept to the area. It is akin to a mini "Marché" and yet there is enough variety for it is very popular with nearby residents and expatriates alike. We felt like Japanese for dinner and that was exactly what we went for. Ordered a couple of beers, and we tried the Japanese set ($16 promo, usually $23), which consisted of a long strip of thinly sliced beef, and 5 slices of salmon sashimi. Good value for the price, and tasted great

The beef was tender and the sauce it was served in set off the taste in balance.

The salmon sashimi was fresh, and they were not that thinly sliced. Salmon sashimi on its own is also good value at $3.90.

Another dish we tried was the garlic crab fried rice ($8). Loved it!

The place is laid-back and chilled, no AC but plenty of ceiling / wall fans provide sufficient ventilation and "wind". Prices are reasonable, and no service charge, and all customers order at the counter (pay first), then the food gets served to your table.

Cons: Can get really packed, and I am not sure if they take any reservations. Also, the carpark just in front of Pigsfly does not allow for any grace period.

Would I go back again? Most definitely! I am already thinking about my next visit.
