The "Pancake King" stall at this coffee shop is just a small stall, with only the Min Chiang Kueh and Crispy Pancake on their menu. We went on a weekend morning and it was brisk business here at the stall. Each pancake costs $0.80 per piece, while the crispy pancake costs $1.40. If you wish to add additional ingredients, it will cost an extra $0.20 each. Other than peanut, there are also other flavours like red bean paste, coconut, and cheese. But the original peanut version is still the popular

Min Chiang Kueh / Peanut Pancake ($0.80 each)
These tasty pancakes are thick, but soft, slightly moist and spongy! The crushed peanuts filling is not too sweet and there is a nice roasted peanut aroma. We thought it could do with a little more peanut filling though. Best eaten hot to enjoy the crispy edges!

The pancakes, especially the peanut version, are really quite fast selling so there may be a need to wait for quite a while for the uncle to make a new batch if there is not enough supply to meet demand. But on the plus side, this means that you get to enjoy the pancakes piping hot and freshly made! Certainly worth the wait!
