For the salad, there is a salad counter to mix and match own salad. Though the choices are fairly limited, they are all fresh and good. One can choose from the usual lettuce, carrots, cherry tomatoes to fruits such as pineapple and lychee. For a brinjal lover like myself, I was delighted to see there were sautéed brinjal as well. For toppings there are bacon bits and white sesame as well as flavorful dressings.
Feeling already satiated after a bowl of fresh salad, I was really very satisfied with the pasta I ordered. I had the shrimp and mushroom with Onsen Egg pasta in tomato sauce. The noodles was cooked al-dente and the tomato cream sauce was full of flavour. The addition of an Onsen Egg on top added extra oomph and moist to it The portion was too big for me and I was full to the brim already halfway eating.
I was very satisfied with the food quality here and the lunch deal was a good one. I would definitely head back here for the pasta and salad too! ^^ However I have noticed that most of the other branches actually don't have the salad counter, so the salad was actually served from the kitchen and what you will get is just some lettuces, tomatoes and carrot shreds
