The portobella pasta ($14) allowed a choice between tomato base and cream base. I selected the tomato base because I wasn't having a good appetite and definitely cannot finish the cream base pasta. The tomato base bordered on being slightly bitter with an overdose of basil. The pasta was not cooked al dente either, it was actually slightly tough. I know it was full house at the moment, but that's no excuse to compromise on food quality. My friend who ordered the cream base version found it very jelat as well, and couldn't even finish it. Usually she would help me eat my portion of food too, so I guess it must have been really quite off.

It's the second time I'm here but they have disappointed in terms of food once again. The service has not progressed further from my previous visit either. d'Good Cafe is supposed to be one of the more popular cafes in Singapore with endorsements by many celebrities and bloggers but honestly they are little more than a place for photo-taking.
