Time for a soupy lunch. After looking through their list of soups, I have decided to go with the snow pear with pork ribs soup. This bowl of soup is full of flavours from the snow pear as well as the pork rib which certainly means that this soup has been simmered for several hours. Time for a soupy lunch. After looking through their list of soups, I have decided to go with the snow pear with pork ribs soup. This bowl of soup is full of flavours from the snow pear as well as the pork rib which certainly means that this soup has been simmered for several hours. I personally think that the soup is slightly sweeter than the other soup stall that I have tried. Maybe it's because of te sweetness from the snow pear itself. The pork ribs have a soft and tender texture and the dark soy sauce with small chili is a must when eating the pork ribs. Overall, quite a tasty and refreshing soup and will be back to try out the other variety of soup.
