I love eating carrot cake, be it fried or steamed,both works well for me.Most important is the taste of the carrot cake.I like the fried carrot cake here,the exterior is slightly crispy,but the interior is moist and soft.I could taste bits of real carrots inside.They have their chilli sauce which is specially made too, unlike normal chilli sauce.Sweet and slightly spicy.The carrot cake is quite a big piece too, very filling.
