I like to eat chasoba noodle instead of the usual ramen as chasoba noodles is very addictive.Although it is not a piping hot dish, it is cold but surprisingly addictive.The noodles here is nicely cooked, not overcooked, they werent soggy at all and were rather springy,which goes well with the cold chasoba sauced drizzled on the noodle.The strips and pieces of seaweed, if can be toasted slightly, would taste even better.I like to eat my chasoba with some pinch of wasabi too.
