Visited 一家村 for lunch today and ordered the lotus root pork rib soup, together with a bowl of rice. Would have preferred the bowl of soup to be larger than the rice! Nothing too special. The pork ribs meat was a little dry while the lotus roots a little too hard for my liking. The soup was flavourful since they have boiled it for hours. But towards the end it got saltier.
