Let me start off with the eggs, limited quantity per day its cheap and good as hell. The Egg is braised in thick succulent lor giving it a lovely dark shine on its surface, once you go deeper you will find semi liquidy egg white covering the rich and creamy yellow yoke. Next we have the fish cakes, each of them are painstakingly mixed, hand moulded and boiled. Although it may look like it was slapped between the hands of a middled aged old man(which i assure you it did) the texture is smooth and crunchy. You can feel the vibrating fish mix as you chew off pieces of the fish cake. Each bite is filled with flavour, the meat soft and succulent brings joy to the mouth as I savour the fleshy meat.
Only problem with this store is that the food is expensive, even more so if you order their fish. They obtain their fish fresh off the market everyday. As there are no standard menu for what kind of fishes is served the varity changes every day(some days they even have claw/cray fished). The fishes are lightly flavoured with palm ,tomato and giam chye soup prefect for those who are looking for something therapeutic. I must warn all future customers that the fish dishes are not for the faint of wallet.
