Located just 2-3 minutes away from Chinatown mrt is Oyoge Taiyaki. I had passed by this place several times and noted that they didn't have a dining area. When I ordered my azuki (red bean) taiyaki, I was told to wait 10 minutes.
I watched them bake my taiyaki and they didn't waste any time cooling it down, and handed it straight to me, piping hot. The staff gave the taiyaki to me with easily 4-5 baking paper and both of us had trouble holding it.
