We got the massive 1.2kg slab of meat and we were worried that it would E either undercooked (too thick) or overdone (too thick). But they handled it well and the result is crispy seared exterior with rather tender interior. You can even see the pink! The flavour of the meat is actually enough to not need the pepper sauce on the side. Speaking of sides, I really enjoyed the coleslaw and crunchy potato salad. Their Mac & Cheese is no bad too. Overall an excellent place to get your beef steak fix
