肉骨茶是我在星洲美食之旅的䦕端。兩人前，一份肉骨茶再加其他小吃，肉和骨完全分離, 有少少根黏住，好有咬口，清湯飲完可以不停再加。鹵味方面，豬腸相對特別淋的，其他比較有口感，味道很適中。
