Nestled near the NUS Bukit Timah campus, Hatched offers an "egg-inspired" menu. Boggled by the wide array of dishes that can be concocted with eggs, we settled for Sir Benedict, Smoked Royale and the Pancake Party which is my personal favourite. Hatched is a cosy quiet place to hang out with girlfriends during the weekends.
