There was a variety of ingredients for popiah- prawns, eggs, bean sprouts, turnip, lettuce. The popiah skin was thick so we did not have much trouble making a decent looking popiah as the ingredients did not spill out. (: The mee siam sauce was very yummy. It was spicy and a little more sour than others, however, that made it more tasty. The caterer is halal so it is suitable for Muslims too!
