Having seen their advertisement on desserts, my friend and I decided to drop by Watami for a visit. It was some time around the late afternoon when we got there and we were quite disappointed with their service. Having seen their advertisement on desserts, my friend and I decided to drop by Watami for a visit. It was some time around the late afternoon when we got there and we were quite disappointed with their service. There was no one at the counter to attend to us and we had to wait for a long time before a waitress came out and took us to our seats. There wasn't many customers at that time and it was strange that there was just no one standing at the counter. I ordered a matcha tiramisu to try and it was yummy! The green tea flavors were perfectly mixed with the cake at the bottom of the cup. Shall try their other desserts in future..but not at this outlet anymore due to their average service. =/
