Economic Fried Bee Hoon
2012-07-20The Fried Hokkien Mee is only available in the afternoon and the morning stall owner has it's own batch of supporters especially during breakfast time.
Other than congee, there are a variety of noodles dishes to choose from and serve with other fried items like egg, luncheon, chicken wings, fish cake, fish fillet, veggie etc...
I think the trademark here is they add peanuts as 1 of the condiments.Fried bee hoon with chili and peanuts! lolz... It's well fried and every strand of bee hoon is evenly coated with dark soy sauce. Texture wise is good, springy and moist, unlike some fried bee hoon which taste like tasteless rubber bands! lolz...
