Crab Mixed Noodle
2012-06-29My first time in trying out such noodle from a hawker stall in a food centre. I decided to try it after a chat with the friendly Auntie. She kept telling me how good their noodle is. I amazed her enthusiasm and i should support her. They cooked the mee pok nicely to give it the QQ texture. It is the ingredients that made the difference. It served with crabs and prawns not the usual minced pork, fishcake or fishball. The ingredients tasted fresh. It was an enjoyable bowl of noodle.
