Among all the cakes placed in the chiller, the rainbow cake with its pure white fresh cream was totally a scene stealer. The thought of seeing the rainbow colours usually turns me off as i often link them up with artificial dyes, however, these beautiful 6 kinds of colours were make up ofs six different fruit extracts, strawberry, orange, lemon, green apple, blueberry and grape.A mixture of white and dark chocolate. A rich and creamy chilled beverage that goes well with a sliced of cake.
