Signature Dishes
It's my first time here at this food centre with a group of friends. There are quite a reasonable number of stalls still open after 8 pm on a week day. My friend recommended this stall to me, so I ordered the sliced fish soup to try. The fish slices were tender and fresh. However, the soup base was a bit too bland for me. Perhaps if you like your soup really light-tasting, you can try this stall. - The stallfront. Most likely the stall has moved to #01-2791, but it's still in the same food centre.- Sliced fish soup with mee sua ($3.50)

I had this deep-fried fish noodle soup for dinner the other day. Overall speaking, the soup tastes a bit too plain, and I find myself keep using the soy sauce to enhance the flavour for the noodles. The owner of the stall did not offer to add the evaporated milk to the fish noodles (like some stalls do). However, the fish slices itself are fresh, and quite well seasoned.
