I bought chicken pie yesterday and today i headed back to try their cheese cake! The cheese cake cost $3.30 which is roughly what you pay at other bakeries (with the exception of cafes). The cake is dense and packed with creamy goodness.I love the biscuit crusts found at bottom of cheesecakes and this one has it too! Another thing i like about the cake is that the serving size is just about right! Its enough for you to enjoy without being too overwhelming that it becomes a burden to finish the whole slice.Kudos to Don's for its excellent pies! continue reading

Ordered the kids pie to skip away the peppery sensation from their Signature's Pie. Don was thoughtful that they do offer a kid's version pie with peppercorns removed from his trademark chicken pie allowing children to have a bite of their pie.The sturdy and crispy golden brown exterior outlook had given a good shelter to the smashed potatoes. As you pulled open the top flaky crusts, it reveals the ingredients of the pie at a look. Those smashed potato were fragrant with visible chunks of chicken meat, hard boil egg, peas and corns. It's best to eat together with the flaky crust that gives a buttery fragrance that enhances the overall bite experience.Although it was for kids, it's actually quite filling to the stomach for an adult. continue reading

I bought a slice of Cheese Cake from Don Your Personal Pie Club. I thought the price of their Cheese Cake was rather steep. I paid $3.30 for quite a small slice. However, when I tasted their chilled Cheese Cake, I thought it was worth every cent I paid. Their Cheese Cake is really very smooth. Every bite you take, there will be a burst of cheese flavor. However, the cheese flavor is not too strong that you get sick of it after some time. Instead, it keeps you wanting to eat more. continue reading
