Saw a promotion for Emicakes Eggless Cake Cubes and Mini Delights where you can buy any 3 and get 1 free! Each eggless cake cube and mini delight was about $2.00 each, which we thought was quite reasonable, so we took up the offer and bought 3 eggless cakes and 1 mini delight! Top Left to Right: Chocolate Eggless Cake, Durian Eggless Cake, Tiramisu Eggless Cake ($2.00 each)Bottom Center: Ultimate Brownie Mini Delight ($2.00)Chocolate Eggless Cake Cube ($2.00)Among the three cakes, this was my favourite although my parents preferred the durian version. I wasn't too keen on the durian cake but that's just my personal preference. Despite being eggless, there didn't seem to be much difference between these and a normal cream cake. The sponge cake was very soft and fluffy and it was quite chocolate-y too!Ultimate Brownie Mini Delight ($2.00)There was actually another item with the same name "Ultimate Brownie" but at a slightly higher price of $2.90. The staff was quite helpful and explained that the more expensive one was actually a cake while the one at $2.00 was actually mousse. The one we got with the promotion was the mousse. This was thick and creamy and was quite chocolate-y as well. At $2.00 each, I thought these were value for money. I'll definitely go back to try the other Eggless Cake Cubes flavours, such as the Oreomisu, as well as the other Mini Cakes like the Mini Ultimate Brownie ($2.90) and Mini Fudge Madess ($2.70). I'd highly recommend Emicakes if you are looking for a slightly healthier and more affordable dessert to satisfy your cravings! continue reading

To celebrate my mother's 49th birthday this year, we got her her favourite durian cake from Emicakes. It was our first time getting a cake from emicakes and we were really impressed by the strong taste of the durian. The durian taste was authentic with its sweetness and aroma. It felt like eating real good durians! A cake like this costs about $27. Reasonable pricing! continue reading

Durian cakes!! This must be one of the best combinations for durian lovers. And it is from the durian brand Mao Shan wang. The cake has three layers of soft vanilla chiffon cake, with thick creamy rich durian pulp around and between the layers. It also had pieces of golden chocolate. it is really a must try for all durian lovers out there. it's was really good and delicious! continue reading

I went to Woodlands after work to meet up with a friend for some chatting session When i was about to head home, i passed by the Emicakes store and thought of getting myself some late night desserts!I saw that they have eggless Chocolate cakes, decided to buy two for me and my mum to try them out! It's my first time eating an eggless cake..Frankly i think i'll still prefer my cakes with eggs inside. It just taste like something's missing, could be i'm too used to eating the normal cakes.Other than that i felt that eggless cakes are somehow healthier?Emicakes' eggless chocolate cube cake wasn't that sweet at all, suits my mum best She's not a fan of overly sweet stuff I'm going to buy others like the durian ones next time for my mum since she loves durian too!!! continue reading

Bought this chocolate flavoured cake for one of my chocolate addicted friend, she loves anything chocolate flavoured.Quite a few chocolate series cakes to choose from and for some reason this cake attracted me the most, since there's no specific preferences from my friend and as long as the cake is chocolate flavoured, I decided to buy the cake, it costed $30.60 for 0.6kg, shared the amount with other friends. The cake is topped with chocolate cream in the centre, a chocolate cookie, three cute little colourful marshmallows and some peanut sprinkles. The cake itself is dense and has rich chocolate taste, yummy. continue reading
