Signature Dishes
I remember how excited i was during their initial launch but the excitement has toned down. My first encounter with Happy Lemon was in Hong Kong many years ago. Though not that excited any more, i still pop by to get a drink whenever in the vicinity. My all time favourite has always been the Lemon Honey Juice with the QQ jelly. I tried the Cocoa Rock Salt Cheese once and did not like it. From then on, i decided to stick with the Lemon Honey Juice. It has got a good mix of sweetness and sourness. The QQ jelly that i opted to go with the drink has got an enjoyable chewiness.

This is one of my favourite milk tea pearl stall. The round big black pearls here are very chewy and bouncy, which are not too tough at all, infact these black pearls are also quite fragrant in taste as well. The milk tea is very fragrant and the fresh cream milk used in it is very generous in portion which really make their milk tea even more tasty and appetitizing. THis stall also has quite friendly and approachable staffs which makes every of my visits a very pleasant one.

I tried happy lemon green tea with rock salt cheese. It was one of their signature drink. I guess this drink did not suit me. I find the drink a little salty, the sweetness of the green tea and the saltiness of the cheese and rock salt did not go well. Initially when you first start drinking, it was rather refreshing, but after a while, I kind of got sick of the taste and could not finish the drink. But nevertheless I have been drinking happy lemon and all their other drinks are really good and refreshing especially their honey lemon. I guess their rock salt cheese is not suitable for me.

It’s new opening in Tanjong Pagar Exchange. It’s currently located next to the Mr.Bean. If you see the queue in front of a stall, you should know it’s the Happy Lemon stall. The queue is not long as KOI. After you make your order at the cashier, they will give you the cute number. Then wait them to call your number and collect your drinks. Their drinks are not cheap though. You can find the drink from $2.80~$5.00. I tried the Green Tea Yakult, taste nice. It’s not too sour or too sweet and it’s good for digestion? They have a special series, drinks with rock salt and cheese. Will try it someday.
