This year, Hard Rock chefs around the world were given the freedom to create burgers that captures the flavours of their city and after reviewing more than 160 burgers, Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa will be offering 4 scrumptious varieties.Diners can anticipate high quality meats (certified Angus Beef patty, no less), fresh toppings, delicious sauces and rich, melted cheese, and pillowy buns. Let’s start off with something close to our hearts, shall we?The Satay Burger ($25) features distinct local flavours rendered by the sweet Asian peanut sauce, as well as crunchy cucumber planks, arugula and sriracha mayonnaise for texture and hints of spicy oomph. Take one firm bite and savour the blend of flavours. Yummsss!A burger (looks more like a sandwich to me though) that won’t look out of place at breakfast, lunch or dinner, the Golden Gate Burger ($27) is constructed with sliced salami, grilled onions, gooey Swiss cheese and pickles and thousand Island dressing, sandwiched between crusty sourdough. An appetizing burger thanks to the piquant, peppery flavours.The Giardiniera Deli Burger ($30) is a glorious stack of beef patty, sliced roast beef (yes, MORE beef), roasted red pepper, giardinera pepper and melted provolone cheese. An American classic diner where food portions are so huge (for us Asians) that we can totally devour them in fat kid style.Hickory BBQ Bacon CheeseburgerThick full beef burger with homemade Hickory BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, crisp seasoned bacon and melted Cheddar cheese. Thinking of Burger unconsciously, I felt like want to have it. Walking around at Sentosa, we finally stay tuned to HardRock Café. Well-decorated with old times furnishing, we like the singer atmosphere inside. Not my first time to visit here, yet the excitement was still there.Of course it was my choice since craving was there, Burger was huge and met my expectation. Cheesy meat along with soft bun, it was the exact taste I want. The portion was satisfying and fulfilling. Pork of many disguises, its texture was similar with Tuna but taste like beef. Smoky sweet BBQ flavour was amazingly scrumptious. It was $22.00, pictured as if what I captured.

Hard rock cafe, a cafe with live band performance, a great place for family and large group gathering. Ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and a fish and chips set. The golden brown Fish and Chips deep fried in special batter, served with french fries was crispy on the outside and moist inside. The burger is totally thumbs up, is a must try. The patty with special Hickory BBQ sauce and smothered with onions totally mix so well and delicious. Will be back again!
