Kiwi Juice felt freshly squeezed because it was sour in a natural way and there was not presence of syrup. It tasted really real and authentic. This is a classic at Honeymoon Dessert in Hong Kong with the Mango & Pomelo blending together for a complimentary sweet and sour zest, however, the kick wasn't there. Why do I feel like something is missing? The prices aren't very cheap, but still affordable but it could be that the atmosphere in the 313 branch doesn't give the exquisite feel that it does in Hong Kong. continue reading

Offering modern twists on classic, Honeymoon Dessert made their effort to design more choices in traditional featured Menu. Had a gathering with old friend, we settled down at dessert shop at Somerset.New items on board, charming and attractive desserts were all shown in promotion price. I was not that adventurous, I stayed on existing dessert. Don’t want to be their guinea pig, maybe I will try them next round after collecting comments.Very thoughtful staff, she knew that the dessert was shared among us and she provided two spoons for us, without alarming her. Not overly sweet, the chilling refreshing feel was just nice. Soft and smooth beancurd added different taste layer to this multi-dimensional dessert. It was 3.20 for mine. Atmosphere was cozy overall, just that the lightning not bright enough to attract more customers. continue reading

coco mango mini mochi with green tea icecream $6.90The texture of the dessert was rich, thick and smooth and had a distinct and fresh taste of mango. The mochi balls were plain but yummy as the mango dessert gave it taste. At first, I was a bit skeptical about choosing the green tea ice-cream over the vanilla ice-cream as the other option but thankfully I did not regret my choice. The combination was surprisingly refreshing and complemented each other well. Worth a try! continue reading

I was craving for something sweet, and being obsessed with mango pudding recently, I bought takeaway from honeymoon desserts. The mango pudding was placed in a small little square box, quite small for $3.90. The milk was placed separately in a small container for you to add the amount you wish. the mango pudding itself was rather average, mango bits could be more; pudding was not too watery or rubbery, just fine. continue reading

it was a mad hot evening.even walking over from triple one to 313 somerset was good enough reason to grab some dessert. of course, that was the entire plan.so we settled in and ordered a bowl of sweet comfort.this was mango sago with rice balls and vanilla ice cream. instead of the usual pomelo. every bit of yum. i wish we tried the green tea option but it didn't sound like it would be a smart order to mix matcha with mango and cream like this. continue reading
