The portions of starch and egg came in good ratio and was rather crispy. Simply love the creamy big oysters with simple coriander as the garnishing. Picking up these fresh oysters were abit tricky with the pair of chopsticks as they were quite wobbly. For those who wants to order oyster and not sure which stall to order from, Hup Kee is definitely a good choice.
