I usually go to J.Co for their donuts and my favourite takeaway drink from there is their Avocado frappe which is so rich and creamy! This time, I dine in and ordered their Tiramisu latte, which I thought was a pretty interesting drink! However, upon drinking it, I could not actually taste the tiramisu flavour and the drink pretty much tasted like an ordinary latte. The Jcoccino is supposedly J.Co's signature cappuccino but it tasted diluted to me. I guess I will stick back to their frappes! continue reading

Besides donuts and coffee, J.Co does have something else on the menu to boast of. For non-coffee drinkers or green tea lovers, do try the J.Co Green Tea Frappe. Made from blended Matcha green tea, ice and milk, it is indeed a surprise to find that J.Co's version of the green tea frappe ($6) does make the mark! Besides enjoying your cup of green tea frappe, the J.Co outlet at Tampines 1 does provide a very cosy space and environment for a read or a chat in small groups. However, there is some room for improvement in terms of the service (since the ordering and collection points are different) and they do mix up your preferences e.g. with whipped cream or without. Do a check with the staff to make sure you get what you order. continue reading

I have always thought that frolick was chaep but wait till you visit J. Co! Its much cheaper especially if you order the couple one where you can share with another person, they will give you 2 yoghurt! They are also rather generous with their toppings and you have a wide variety to choose from! The original flavoured yoghurt is soft, and does not melt easily at all! continue reading

J co is a wonderful place if you plan to have a party with your friends. You can order as many donuts as you want and they offer a wide variety too. Their donuts are affordable and not too sweet so it will definitely not burn a hole in your pocket and it will surely be able to satisfy your taste buds!! There are so many different flavours that suit everyone. For me, I like the oreo and the strawberry! Have a try and see which one you prefer continue reading

Bought a box of 12 donuts for $13.90 ;DIt was close to 9pm when I bought it and some of the flavours are already out of stock. The donuts flavours I bought are:Choco Cavier StrawberryForest Glam(black forest)Green TeaPlain chocolateTiramisuSalted CaramelMangoAvocadoI had the salted caramel, green tea, mango and choco cavier strawberry. It was my first time trying the salted caramel donut. First bite and I could taste the salted caramel. It is not too salty and it blends well with the caramel that is not too sweet or sticky. It tastes nicer and nicer after a few bites and I like it a lot ;DIt’s pretty interesting to have a salty dessert The choco cavier strawberry has chocolate bits sprinkled all over the donut surface and the chocolate bits are crispy and it gives a different texture layer when eating this. It will be the crispiness of the choco bits and the softness of the donut coupled together ;DAnd surprisingly the strawberry isn’t too sweet and it goes really well with the chocolate bits. I thought strawberry would mean it will be sweet but I like it a lot after trying it ;DFor the mango one, I heard the person saying its durian or something and it does smell and taste a little like a mixture of durian and mango. Although I’m not very sure on what the flavor is, it taste quite nice and similarly, it is not too sweet even though the flavour spread is quite a lot.The green tea donut is always what I loved. It is not too sweet, neither is the green tea bitter, but I could still taste the original green tea thickness and fragrant taste.I would definitely get the green tea ones for myself and my family each time I buy the donuts. The donuts texture is soft and fluffy, not too soft and a little chewy. The price of $13.90 for 12 is really worth it ;D continue reading
