My boss has arranged a dinner feast here at this bbq buffet restaurant.  Priced at $30.90 per adult, I think is still consider reasonable, looking at so much choices of foods and free flow of tea available here.Restaurant is not really that huge, but is still consider quite comfortable and cooling.  The seats are alright and furnishings are simple as well.  Love their stir fried korean rice noodles which is very flavourful and chewy, and is like never enough for me.  The barberqued pork and beef are also marinated till really fragrant and the meat texture is juicy and easy to chew too.  The few service staffs here are quite attentive as they have been consistently topping up the food at their buffet counters.  Not too bad after all. continue reading

Korean KBB provides not only a range of meat available for BBQ, ranging from chicken to beef and to pork but also a wide spread of selection for soup base ingredient. If you are a lover of both BBQ steamboat/ Steam boat and Korean food, then this place is for you. This place serves 2 kind of free drinks as well. Limes juice and Rice tea to help ease the greasy feeling after too much of BBQ meat. The lettuce provided there however is of much smaller size. Harder to wrap, but easier for consumption. Meat on the other hand is slightly far too sweet and easily gets the jelak feeling if not eaten with lettuce and with the soup.Personally I would prefer ssikkek BBQ over KBB since ssikkek honestly have a wider range of cook or raw food selection. The only plus point for KBB is only the pot of soup which can aid in clearing the greasy feeling after too much bbq.venue is rather too cramp and on peak hour, the walking space is rather limited.Bought groupon and paid $18.90 for Dinner deal. continue reading

Went here with my colleagues for xmas gathering for dinner. Bought the voucher from deal.com for $22 per pax for dinner on weekdays. Feedback & comments:Well, I must say that although it is a small restaurant, the staff are really nice & friendly! They agree to take group photos for us when we requested (we requested them to take quite a number of group shots)! The staffs are were really efficient in refilling our soup. There was quite a number of variety for the marinated meats, but not so many for the seafood & cooked food. What I don't really like is that after the meal, my whole body had the BBQ smell.. (the staff had already mentioned to us before we started though). And the toilet was kinda inaccessible, had to walk quite a distance! Also, the drinks tasted quite nice in the beginning, but began to taste more like plain water towards the end. The cooked food was also cold, and some of the seafood were not fresh.Read more here: http://nellie-boo.blogspot.sg/2013/02/xmas-2012-bigbang-bulgogi-korean-bbq.html continue reading
